Commission Fees

After your item is sold successfully, you will be charged a commission fee based on the item sales value. This commission fee is a percentage of the selling value.

Return Fees

Customers are able to return products for 5 different reasons. To provide you with complete control over your returns you will be able to review each request before accepting it.

For returns logged within 15 days of delivery and accepted by you, PriceCheck will handle the collection/delivery of the return and process the refund payment. 

You will be required to apply a return shipping fee rule to each return reason (see the table below).

Requests logged after 15 days, which still fall into your refund policy period, will be handled directly between you and the customer utilising PriceCheck's communication messaging platform.

Payments

Credit balances available on your merchant account will be paid to your bank account on a bi-weekly (15 day) basis. The available balance excludes revenue transactions of the previous 3 days, to ensure all fees and possible refunds will be covered. Balances will only be disbursed 15 days after your first successful sale.
