Due Date: The date your order should be prepared and collected by our courier. If you are able to prepare and ship orders before this date it will result in a high level of customer satisfaction.

Inventory on Hand: The amount of inventory you have available to sell on PriceCheck’s Marketplace.

Locked: The status of a product which has been locked. Locking a product will prevent the data on your Inventory page from being overwritten by your xml feed updates (e.g. Inventory on Hand). Your products should only be locked if the information on your Inventory page is different to that of your xml feed.

Processing Time: The amount of time it will take you to prepare an order, from when it is placed to when it is ready for collection. The available options are 1, 3 or 5 days.

Merchant Performance: The performance rating of your merchant account. This is based on your order cancellation rate, late order rate, return rate (based on return reasons not as described, defective/damaged and incorrect item shipped) as well as your customer response rate.
