Before your shop can go live on PriceCheck's Market Place you must first chose your own Marketplace business rules:

1. Shipping Fee Rules
   
2. Return Fee Rules
   
3. Return Policy
   
4. Order Processing Time
   
5. Order Collection Info
   
6. Public Shop Info
   
7. Banking Details 
   

These seven rules are vital in determining what kind of business you want to run and the relationship you wish to have with your customers.  

1. Shipping Fee Rules:

You decide how much you and your customers will be charged for shipping,

there are two options for you to chose from:

1. split the cost between you and your customers
   
2. cover the cost entirely to offer your customers free shipping
   

Shipping fees per order:

*Merchant shipping fees exclude VAT

2. Return Fee Rules:

Next you need to decide how much you and your customers will be charged for returns shipping.

Note: This rule will only apply to the following three return reasons:

• I have changed my mind
  
• the item is the wrong size/color
  
• the item is not as pictured/described
  

There are three return shipping options available to you (see the table below):

1. You can either split the cost between you and your customers
   
2. cover the cost entirely
   
3. charge your customers the full cost to ship returns
   

Return shipping fees per order:

*Merchant return shipping fees exclude VAT

Please note that you will be charged the full cost to ship returns for the following two reasons:

1. The item is defective/damaged
   
2. Incorrect item shipped
   

3. Return Policy:

You will decide the time period during which you accept returns.

Based on this information and the return fee rules you have selected, your refund policy will be generated and displayed on your Shop’s page.

4. Order Processing Time:

Order processing time is the amount of time it will take you to prepare an order between when it is placed and when it is ready for collection. This time is calculated as business days and the available options are: 1, 3 or 5 days.

5. Order Collection Info:

This is the address where your prepared orders will be collected by our couriers.

6. Public Shop Info:

This is the information that will be displayed in our Shop Directory

7. Banking Details:

This information is required for your Marketplace order payouts

NB: Once your banking details have been submitted, you will not be able to make any changes to it. A request will have to be sent to accounts@pricecheck.co.za for any changes to be made.
